Black, White & Pink Dotticure

Let's see if I can do this in under 50 words ...

Wet'n'Wild Black Crème
2 coats, Seche Vite 1 coat
Polka dots done with acrylic paint: white & pink

I love my dotting tool. ♥

    So cute! I use my ghetto dotting tool, which is a pencil with a pin shoved in the eraser, lol.
